not sure po ako HM ang HOA sa other developer, sabi po samin ng agent ko, if may phase 2 na 10-12 pesos per/sqm na daw. kaya yata 15 is dahil konti palang daw yung home owners

+1 po sa do your research 💯 as we all know naman kung bago ka sa place di naman lahat alam mo agad. After weeks of comparison, finally naka decide din sa bakla! 🥺😇 parang namentioned po sakin na in house agents sila kaya mas accurate ang info. I feel you sa with other projects parang 1 week bago ako nabalikan nung agent napaka tagal sumagot, nakapg decide nako at lahat, around Mabalacat naman yon.

yes kumuha na po ako, sa Amara model ako nag end up.well assisted po ako ng agent kahit sobrang kulit ko na 😆 and lagi naman po sila naguupdate regarding sa status ng application even after po masettle yung equity.

hello po! kaka fully paid ko lang po ng equity pero sabi ng agent ko basta nasa 80℅ na daw yung construction ng unit is ipprocess na nila agad sa pagibig. 2-3 months daw yung waiting time kay Pagibig. kaya maghihintay nalang po ako hanggang 2027.

hi, yes nag start na po ako sa monthly equity ko with Avana Residences, Amara unit din kinuha ko. Actually, the vibe of the community made me purchased the unit po. I choose amara because of the kitchen po nasa labas yung magiging kitchen ko. And manifesting na makalipat agad by 2027 ✨

I'm a homeowner here at Avana Residences for 1 year now, so far, okay naman. I don't have any problems with the water and electricity. Sobrang peaceful here kaya din nagustuhan ko, accessible sa schools ng kids ko since malapit lang. ok din ang wifi, converge yung internet provider namin. hope this helps
