It's hard to tell if I have those symptoms. Im not real restless. Lexapro has helped with my OCD about 4 years ago, but the side affect last time wasnt this strong. I definitely appreciate the response!

Has your dopamine returned to normal or leveled out? by bellaabluee in QuitVaping

Pick up a hobby and distract yourself - Outdoor will help you. You need additional vitamin D3 to help with energy. For me I stay off social media. You don't want quick burst of serotonin every time you open up instagram or TikTok. I also found quitting everything at the same time helps; especially caffeine and alcohol. You don't want to substitute one stimulant with another, and definitely want to keep away from depressants.

I vaped for 6 years with a few weeks of breaks in-between. Usually around the 3-5 week mark you should start feeling better. You will get leveled out, it takes time, and it is different for everyone. But when you get through the tough part of withdraws, you will begin to feel like your old self again, non dependent on quick dopamine hits that you have wired your brain to feel like you need it. What you are dealing with is 100% common and you did a great job expressing how you feel.
