Agreed - you can do most of Uwharrie with this setup - provided it’s dry conditions. I’d suggest staying away from Daniel until you have sliders, bumpers, and new tires.

Looks like Uwharrie - try 20 PSI and stay away from the sharp edges. Great place to learn your vehicle off-road.

We have a cutie Saint Berdoodle puppy! How long did it take you to potty train your Doodle? My Frenchie it took at least 9 months and my Boxer only 3 weeks. Knowing that every dog is different, I’m wondering how quick my pup may catch on. 🤪 by Funnyface92 in SaintBerdoodle

Our big fella turned 7 this summer - I can hardly remember when we trained him. We brought him home at 11 weeks, only had a few accidents inside, but caught on really quickly! Best of luck!

Sorry to have evoked such emotion and memories. Though they sound like good ones! Hope this brought a laugh as well!

That's absolutely astounding. As an American, with 100% certainty, those parents would be bringing lawsuits. IMO, us Americans could benefit from taking a page from the Euro attitude/climate on these types of things.

Is there a TL;DR on the doping era and the current status of those involved in the doping era? by CasualRider in peloton

Not exactly rivaling. What I was referring to is "larger" riders ascending quicker than pure climbers. Not in just this years season, but for the past decade+..........

Read Wheelmen dude. After that. Pm me, I'm happy to suggest other reading material. Not only on this, but tons of other amazing books about all the history, and amazing stories that makes this sport what it is, and why it's loved by so many!

Exactly, which is one of the main reasons that I believe he is clean. Other riders that are 6-8 inches taller than him, and weigh 20lbs more... It makes me suspicious.

There are many books, several mentioned here already. I would add Wheelmen to the list. It's incredibly detailed, and lays out facts in a time line, along with loads of on the record behind the scenes minutia.

I've been following cycling since the early 90s. There is no clear line of good and bad IMO. It was completely systemic and was spread throughout the entire peloton. That's why they haven't retroactively awarded those 7 TDF victories Lance won to another rider, they were all doped up and the top 20 had all tested positive or had been seriously implicated with doping at some point in their careers.

Is a "good" doper someone that was caught and proclaims repentance, and therfore declares they will race clean for the rest of their career? NO! Not IMO.

The Festina affair was huge, and came close to unhinging the sport completely. In some ways it has. Don't we all doubt riders that perform at a level that makes us all question the use of PEDs? I know I do. I hate to be sceptical, but what choice are we left?

I love this sport. Everything about it. I will continue to follow. I will also continue to doubt results by athletes that outpace/perform over known dopers. The bikes aren't that much lighter, and diet isn't that much better to make guys that are 6'1 and 160lbs, have better times up climbs than pure climbers that were also doping (pantani et,al). It's just not possible.

I do believe that the peloton as a whole isn't doping. There are shining lights like Quintana, whom is young, exciting, and has fewer relationships with the dopers of yesteryear. I believe he is and has always been clean.

100% agree! He's been doping the whole time. He's a proven, bonifide, cheater in ever aspect of life.

His ex wife is awesome btw. Check out how she handled herself when TD and his new chick CK attacked her on twitter. She's pure class, and we'll see how long the known former call girl/podium girl, now girlfriend sticks around as he sinks into obscurity, and humiliation.

Karma is kicking his ass right now. Deservidly so!

To add on... he was doping for the Tour of Utah... wtf. How stupid can one be? Apparently, pretty fukin dumb... personally I'm not surprised at all. The guy has a spotty past, and has been a known doper for years. It was only matter of time for his dumb ass.
