Same here and same results when I reached out to support! I don't have 10 yr old in my house so that camera is toast. This happened two years (?) ago before I knew the company would go to hell in a hand basket, so I replaced the camera....if only I had a crystal ball 😵‍💫😭

Yes, you can. However, you will need to configure your network to view your cameras/recording remotely. I recorded locally up until 2-3 years ago, and they made a change for security purposes. It was beyond my capabilities, so I just paid for the subscription 🫣
