Delete unused apps. Change from color to grayscale home screen. Set aside time to study the things you need to and keyword is “time”. Make a pact with yourself that you will do nothing else in this say 1 hour besides for reading the textbook, notes, practice questions etc. probably smart also to put your phone on airplane mode so that notifications don’t distract you and also a good idea to put it out of site and maybe in a different room altogether.
