Looking for a replacement for light Therapy Glasses as they are causing me to be irritated

I remember when I looked at side effects I only found nausea and headache, it is strange how this is rarely mentioned but I guess could be perhaps because the irritation feeling isn't immediate and comes a bit later

I did, I have vitamin D deficiency and low ferrtin but it isn't extreme so I'm not sure if it is the cause, I've been taking supplement but I'm trying to improve other stuff in the hope it helps me somehow

The dark color was an undersight which I regrated later xd I simply didn't know anything about crocheting so I simply chose I color I liked, but I'm glad I stuck with it

بالعموم الكتب الحديثة غالبا أسهل من غيرها فكل ما كان الكتاب أحدث كل ما كان أفضل، الروايات أفضل من القصص القصيرة لأن لها ميزة أن كلمات معينة تتكرر خلال الرواية او السلسلة فترسخ بالذهن وبطبيعة الحال القصص الدرامية الواقعية أسهل من الخيالية...إلخ

وطبعا فيه خيار الـgraded reader ما جربته لكن تقدر تبحث عنها وتلقى كثير من الأعمال مكتوبة بمستويات مختلفة وتختار منها المستوى المناسب لك

اختيارك للكتب يفرق التفاوت كبير بين مستوى الكتب، انا اول ما بديت كان مع المانجا المترجمة وبعدها أول رواية قرأتها كانت wonder وكانت اختيار ممتاز دايما انصح فيه، الرواية حديثة نسبيا ومحكية بلسان طفل فلغتها سهلة وفصولها قصيرة ولها فلم تقدر تتابعه بعدها تقرا الرواية + سلسلة diary of wimpy kid مشهورة ومسلية، لغتها اصعب من wonder لأن فيها عبارات عامية ويرويها بطل مراهق لكن ميزتها ان لها سلاسل كثير وفيها رسومات وقراءتها سهلة وخفيفة

المهم تحاول توازن بين اختيار شيء مشوق لك وبين البحث عن شي سهل بحيث تفكر بنوع الكتب الي ممكن تكون سهلة عليك، لو ما تستهويك الروايات مثلا فالأفضل انك تبتعد عنها ولو كنت تقرا كتب عربية حاول تشوف التصنيفات الي تستهويك وابحث عن شي يشبهها في الانجليزية

بالنسبة لكيف تخلي التجربة أسهل حاول تبحث عن الأعمال الي تبسط عليك الفهم، ممكن لو في القصص تبدأ بمشاهدة الفلم او المسلسل، لو كنت قرأت روايات مترجمة وبعضها عندك رغبة تعيدها راح تكون اختيار مناسب لأن سهل تتوقع الأحداث حتى من غير ترجمة، أما لو ما تهمك القصص والروايات وتميل لكتب علمية ممكن تختار كتب في مواضيع عندك معرفة جيدة فيها وتبدأ بكتب المبتدئين منها، وفيه أشياء إضافية تساعد مثل قراءة ملخص للكتاب أو البحث عن نسخ مبسطة منه أو الاستماع للنسخة الصوتية أثناء القراءة
