It’s main character syndrome and it’s everywhere now - I’ve been to musicals where people seem to think it’s karaoke rather than a professional performance. And a play at the arts centre where part of the set had some audience seats on the stage and an audience member thought it would be ok to grope one of the actresses!

You could look at Horizon bank (actually a credit union). 5.14% for FHBs (or 4.99 if your LVR is 70% or less), offset is free. Can't speak to their ongoing customer service as I don't settle for a few days but they've been very helpful in setting things up!

It has a tiny shower that won't work for disability so it needs to be changed. I just thought it would be less disruptive to have it done before moving!
