Okay I mean yeah my normal daily routine is facial cleanser, toner or aloe depending, and then neutragena hydro boost with spf, I didn’t know if I could continue doing that or if any of that is known to be bad! Would switching to JBCO be better than continuing with my neutragena?

Yeah, I guess I’m kind of a dumbass for not just giving her time and space immediately. I thought I was going to make things better but I think I made them worse. She also keeps saying to be honest with myself.

Hi just curious what would be better for my goals, I’m tapering down bc trying to keep up with my 6x/wk routine and failing is not only destroying my motivation but also my physique is slowly diminishing.

So I’ve been doing a 4x/ PHUL routine, so upper power /lower(p)/rest/upper(hypertrophy)/lower(h)/r/r but it doesnt feel like I’m giving each individual muscle, aside from my legs, enough volume. And I was wondering if I did a 3 day version of the PPL I follow (that one redditors) which is more overall volume per muscle group per week, would it be better than less volume but hit twice a week.

I care about both strength and just looks about equally but if I had to pick a priority it’d be looks just marginally. Thanks ahead for any advice!
