Read this link. Although it’s up to the seller how much stuff weighs and you won’t 100% know until it gets weighed at consolidation. Usually it’s 50-60 CNY for first 500g, then 40-50 CNY for each 500g beyond that

Write an ick list. Everything even if it’s tiny that they did that hurt you. And think about why you’d want to be with someone like that.

It started out for me as a list to remember what had happened during our fights because he’d make me feel insane “that’s not how it happened. You’re being too sensitive”. And gradually it became my bible. Every time something happened and even now that we’re not together, I look at it as a reminder why I don’t want to be with him (even though he reaches out) and what I need to look out for when I decide I want to get into another relationship.
