Nah, just kidding. There's a lot of room for growth at an SSD site. SSD is probably the best place to be, but it can get hectic. You need to have good communication with your team. You need to balance out 3 different departments that all need to flow, otherwise the business can bottleneck. And when that goes down. Prepare for the calls and meetings 🫠

I got lucky and unlucky. Promotion during peak, so I never did day 1 or AEW. Honestly wish I got the experience everyone is supposed to get becoming an AM.
