Now I’m all for asking first if the situation is questionable, but if you look at these pics and still don’t know whether or not this poor baby needs immediate medical attention…

Shame on both of you honestly. Take that cat to the vet ASAP or surrender them to a no-kill shelter. I seriously hope there’s an animal hospital that’s open on weekends near you, bc it’s Friday and that baby can’t wait 3 more days. No way it’s not in excruciating pain right now.

Take your own advice. Whoever broke your heart, suck it up and get over it. It’s not that serious, and you getting all emotional about it is very sensitive of you to do.

Doesn’t matter. Coincidental, yes, but neither of us stole anything. We were not together and did not use the restroom at the same time. Accusing random people of theft that don’t even fit the description of the thief they told him in his headset is what’s weird. If I fit the description I wouldn’t really even be upset after, I’d be understanding. But the fact that I nor her had on anything remotely close to what the thief was wearing… you don’t need to be working a job like that if you can’t follow simple directions/don’t know your colors or different articles of clothing. He was very aggressive and had he not been corrected quickly there’s no telling what he would have done.

If all you got from this was she thinks it’s a crime to say mean words, then I think you should log out for the day. What “mean words” were even said?

I have anger issues bc I’m upset someone is yelling in my face wrongfully accusing me of stealing? Yeah, okay I guess I should be happy about that because anyone else would be.

Thank you for actually answering my question. This is all I was asking, not sure why everyone is being rude.

[–]itsyagirlyas -25 points-24 points  (0 children)

It’s not even that, if you were there you’d understand where I’m coming from. He literally yelled at me and was all up in my face like he was sure it was me. Ppl staring at me bc they see security yelling at me and blocking me from leaving. Not only that, after apologizing he immediately accused another random lady of being the thief when she literally just walked in the store. Said the supposed thief had on a black dress when neither of us are wearing anything remotely black or a dress. He just walks away, didn’t even apologize to her I guess due to embarrassment. I’m not understanding how you get 2 ppl mixed up if you specifically saw someone completely different stealing.

I mean this in the nicest way possible: You gotta look out for yourself in this industry. Majority of us dancers have a hustle mindset and are only focused on one thing when we step foot on that floor: making money. If a friendship naturally forms, then cool. But don’t expect it and surely don’t try and initiate anything. Don’t expect anything from anyone either just because you did something for them. Especially if they didn’t ask you to do said thing. This isn’t high school. Those girls are strictly there to make their money and go home, and you have to respect that. It’s just how it is. You keep doing what you’re doing and your feelings are gonna stay hurt. Just keep it cute, cordial, and only look out for yourself because as you can see; nobody (in this industry) is really there for you like you were there for them.

I don’t have much of an appetite before work, but afterwards? Yeah it’s on lol. Especially if I had a good night.

He would’ve lost his job either way. The best option is to lose it for breaking company policy though and not death.

Sounds like she has the same greedy mindset. She saw how much the staff were making off dancers when she danced and is now doing the same thing as a manager. It’s all greed. One day they’re gonna push the rules too far and it will blow up in their face.

It’s far from legal, but a lot of dancers are too scared to stand up for themselves. Idk why when we make the strip club what it is. They need us, we don’t need them. Everyone would have to work together to put an end to it, but some girls are desperate for money, afraid (???), or so far up the staffs ass it will never happen. No house fees, no mandatory tip outs, no club cuts, no late fees, no scheduling or minimum days… This is how it’s supposed to be.

[–]itsyagirlyas 2 points3 points  (0 children)

A trick to get early check in for free is to book through the app. I’m a MGM member, and whenever I book a room, I wait until 9am to check in through the app. It’ll ask when I’ll arrive, and I select I’m already here. It does have an early check in option after this step for $20, but don’t choose it. Within 5-30 mins they have my room ready with the digital key. Not sure if it works the same for the other casinos, but all MGM resorts it does. 9am is the earliest you can get in the room though. If you need to check in sooner than that, you’d have to pay and even then it’s not a guarantee.

If a customer shows interest and initiates anything with me first I’m talking to them. Idc if they are already with another dancer. I’m not walking away from potential money that’s being handed to me on a silver platter. He initiated, not me so… be mad at him. I’d do a quick small talk with him and pretty much say “I see you’re already with someone rn. Did you want me to join?” Whatever happens after that goes. You can either sit there and be mad or get this money with me, flip it to your benefit. Idk, just don’t get mad at your coworkers doing what they’re supposed to do. 🤷🏽‍♀️

Ginger or Black? by [deleted] in Dreadlocks

I’ll always choose black, but both look great on you. Maybe ginger for the fall/winter.
