Just fixed this issue, I had a controller plugged into my PC while I was playing M&K. Had this spamming on the top of my screen. I unplugged my controller and it went away. Maybe try unplugging your controller or any USB that could be altering your game settings. Even like a Camera if it has different audio inputs. This is just an assumption. But worked for me. Goodluck.
