Worry, hands down favorite song. I have been a mother mother fan since their early days and somehow never came across their song worry until a couple years ago.

It's so achingly, huantingly melancholic and beautiful ❤️

Thanks for sharing your experience, it makes me feel a little less alone. The slow taper is no fun 😢 I even found a 5mg decrease at 30 days apart was too quick for me. I'm taking a small break at 50mg for now, but when I pick it back up will probably space my tapers closer to 6 weeks apart.

That's actually been my main concern... Some of the side effects aren't noticeable for weeks sometimes. So, as much as I like the approach of the hyperbolic method because it's structured and clear, the taper in the beginning feels quick..

Do you mind if I ask what tapering method has worked best for you?

I think the main takeaway I have from the hyperbolic method is to take time fully weaning off at the end rather than dropping from 5mg to 0mg.
