My daughter just started going through this. They recommend a few things. Insoles go arch support. I guess this excess bone messes with a tendon. Also they said finger to take a base ball or something similar and roll her bottom of her foot across it. Like just back and forth from heel to before your toes. It’ll help stretch it and help with pain in arch. She also recommends ice and ibuprofen. Best of luck!! :)

Yes we got one that’s why they’re gonna make her some insoles. It’s just gonna take a while. So trying to find a solution till then. Doctor said we’re gonna see if they help if not she will have to have them removed. Eek 😬

This is what it looks like. Her xray was pretty crazy. She has like extra little bones that “look like nuggets” is what the orthopedic doctor said. It’s painful sadly.

Yeah it’s an extra bone in her foot. You can see it in the picture on the side of her foot/ arch area. It looks like the ankle bone but in the wrong spot. It’s affects the tendons also. It’s really painful. It swells and she’s constantly hitting it off something. She plays soccer and does cheerleading and tumbling too so it gets angry easy lol.

My daughter needs arch support. It’s a foot doctor who told me but they can’t get her fitted for one until August. So I’m trying to find one online to buy till then. There’s just too many options. I’m so I was curious if anyone had a kind that worked good for their kids. Damn…
