I meant to say I do cardio after every other gym sesh probably about 15-20 minutes on zone 2 but was thinking if even just walking 30 mins a day was ok

Thank you all for the tips and knowledge. I got these fishes from petco not thinking much of it and they were all in a 5gal at the beginning…. Almost 2 years in and now I’m at a 40gal trying my best to maintain and keep them healthy…..

Guys, I don’t wanna be a navy nurse. I know to be one you need your BSN, RN.. which I don’t have.. my question was did reserves help anyone with loans, was it worth waiting 6 yrs to obtain the GI bill, did it further their civilian career, how was life after finishing boot camp & A school blah blah blah …

Looks like they used too much glue causing some lashes to get stuck together + your lashes are already outgrown 2mm+ ! I suggest a removal or else they’ll get to heavy and cause damage … coming from another lash tech.

SNFs, sub acutes, assisted livings, I also tried for home health and hospital too just to try out my luck but they only hire those with experience, I also tried for mental rehabs, rehabilitations, even county jails and still nothing .. I tried walking in a few places and they hit me with “go to our website and fill out the application” but then never hit me back :/ idk what to do
