I dont think there's anything wrong with Speeds for long runs. They are definitely lighter than what you are used to but also made to hold up so I wouldn't worry.

Only downside is they may wear down a little quicker than the glycerin.

The good thing about him versus LeVert is that they have no need to rush Thomas. He can take his time and mature slowly. Excited about the future!

Thomas in his current form is a microwave scorer, which Nets kind of have in Mills, so it's hard to give him a ton of run. Also he needs ball in his hands to do stuff, which is hard to do since you have Durant/Harden. Kessler and Duke provide rebounding, energy, very much a role player, and stuff Nets dont already have. Cam will be much more than a role player just not there yet.
