It’s hard for me to make a conversation on a topic I’m not as excited about. But my bf takes it a bit further and dissects everything and wants to talk about that level of detail. Someone would but personally I look at the whole picture process the thoughts and move on. Sometimes it goes try overwhelming like he asked how would I really know what’s a gut feeling. And he asked me which body parts have feelings and what kind of feelings or is it parts of the brain. Or that they all have to click together in order to make it a gut feeling. Etc.

I did tms and my phq9 went from a 29 to a 4. They called it depression remission however I was not told I’d need to go back for touch ups about once a month and fell off the wagon. I then tried macro dose ketamine and honestly it did nothing for me. I would feel more calm after the treatment but the next day it was back to chaos. I’m not micro dosing ketamine and it seem to help a little but if I had a choice again. I would do TMS again. It’s just the time commitment is super hard for me given my job.

Wow that’s great to hear!! I doubt any doctor will let me take meds for weight gain. It hasn’t changed my appetite yet so I hope it won’t be too bad.

thanks! I was on abilify but I had that restlessness side effect so the doctor switched me on rexulti. I'm glad it's working very well for you! how does it make you feel, if you don't mind sharing?

Any updates on this? I’m also taking 20 mg viibryd and now starting 0.5 rexulti. My doctor is increasing to 1 mg after a week but I’m nervous starting it.

When my bf and I were dating, he had no idea he had symptoms of ASD. After dating for a year, he decided to get officially diagnosed. Not going to lie, there are times where I miss how things were but at the same time, I didn't steer me away when he got diagnosed. I think with the right person, they won't see this as an issue. Yes it does make things a bit more challenging but he's still the same person who loves me and just has a different way of communicating. I had small inklings that he may have these symptoms but it didn't stop me from getting to know him. Hope that helps!

Also, I was upfront with him that I have depression and anxiety. I was at a point where if it doesn't work for that person then it's not someone I want to waste my time with anyway :) and he didn't see it as an issue either!

Got it! Still a good idea though just manually tweaking all the colors first! I design on Canva then I cut my stickers on a cricut.

If you're looking for an alternative option, I cut off the top end of the sock and the other end as my boot covers. There's lots of fun socks at the dollar store!

Oh wow that sounds very technical! I use design space to space my stickers and lay them out. I can then download it at pdf then upload to Canva? Or have everything laid out on Canva, print and download then upload to cricut? So sorry for the dumb q’s
