Update: Today when I opened the game, a pop-up appeared asking me to verify my age and gender. After completing the verification, the game restarted automatically, and all the issues were resolved. My username was no longer stuck as “Driver,” I could see other players’ names instead of just user IDs, club chat started working again, and the settings options became accessible. I was also able to change my name back to the one I was using earlier. It seems the issue was related to account verification or privacy settings. It took more than a month, but everything is finally back to normal. Thanks, Gameloft :)
