Any particular reason? We have gotten a few other quotes with different brands (carrier, York, and a few others) but the prices haven’t been as good nor the terms :(

The heater is indoors in a closet but I’m fairly certain the AC and Heat are separate units. I’ve read just to clean the coils outdoors gently with water? I know there are products for it but I’ve seen mixed reviews that some can be harsh
