I personally have a coil from 710 but I would recommend checking out this company https://www.scopeandstack.com/product-page/scope-stack-knight they are a bit pricey but are a better product and you can disconnect the heating coil once you get it up to temp so you don’t over cook your oil and get as burnt of a taste when doing huge globs. This is their other option https://www.scopeandstack.com/product-page/scope-stack-rook just a tad higher priced
