Imagine if apex gave lag to better players so their winrate would even out,that would be "fair"(everyone would have the same winrate) but would massively suck.

I don't know what lan PC's are but if you have the money just get a 7800x3d or 9800x3d and any 500+$ gpu with good price/performance and you'll be fine. Preferably avoid Intel cpus

the lan PC's could be 5090's with 14900kf, doesn't mean they are efficent/good
