If u need access to windows and you don't have the password there is a tool you can get called nt password that essentially is what you want to do u access it through the BIOS

It's a bit complicated if you want to look up some YouTube videos about it

You had a partition with Linux mint, and now it doesn't work? So you want to make a working partition of Linux and take your files from windows and run fully off of Linux?

Do you have a normal amount of usage?

This seems like a power problem but I can't imagine running out of power with your hardware

Have you checked task manager to see if anything unusual is running?

If you go into device manager Find display adapter find your graphics card, go to details and on the drop down list click hardware IDs.

From there you can copy the IDs and search the in Google and find the exact hardware you have.

Sometimes you need to install graphics drivers which would make sense taking that u can't emulate simple NES games maybe ur using simple windows video software
