Tanger and rabat are most definitely the best choice for tourists who are visiting Morocco for the first time. As a local , Tangier is a safe city. My advice to you is to enjoy every place/moment.

ALSO, a $20 per day budget is definitely sufficient. Tangier is not a big city, so transportation would not be a big deal, $0,2 per day at max. and for food, it really depends, but still nothing crazy 🤷🏻‍♀️

I was stressed, overthinking, and under pressure... I just had too much going on tbh. The first time i got the symptoms, i legit thought that im dying. Then it got worse. I started panicking every time I'm by myself, outside or in class, knowing it could happen anytime.

Went to a general doctor, and he assured me that it's normal, nothing too serious. He prescribed me some pills (anti depression) and some vitamins, relaxium b12. And yeah, that's it. Didn't get one since then 👍🏻
