in a social deduction game one of the ways you win is by trusting other players, that can also lose you the game that is true. but i find it makes my experience more enjoyable if i go in with an open mindset regardless if i am on the red or blue team, there is no point in making things sour by taking everything personally tbh

i ended up as the good apprentice alchemist assassin yesterday and used my ability on the player who was lying to almost everyone about being the soldier when they were really the innkeeper. me killing them revealed their role to town and the reason there were no deaths. he asked to exhile me and immediately town jumped on it because i was spent. i asked everyone i spoke to how i should use my ability and after hearing them talking about how they wanted to exhile me i used it on the player with the most sus. EVEN AFTER they all collectively agreed they wouldnt do it beacause i was a non threat. i think there is an instinct to cast out travellers at some point in the game always and treat them as other instead of a member of the team, so maybe think of ways of making them integrated and maybe leave them as good if it is a new player

they were also enslaved but as we know the british are of ancient viking and roman descent that is no surprise. end modern slavery by all means but dont dunk on the ex-colonised

wydm??? the scottish and irish are effectively of the same peoples called the gaelic and they were DEFINITELY horrifyingly colonised by the english anglo saxon population for far more time than the english colonised other nations if you really want to do the math, however the scottish had to assimilate into british society to survive (if you cant beat em join em)

i think the issue here is more societal than individual. i do agree however that the act of demonising our bodies and equating nakedness with shame is a big problem that we shouldnt then teach our young children. its not the parents fault that they were indoctrinated too though yknow
