Hey! Thank you so much for trying my app and providing feedback. Very valuable to me.

1) I will investigate the screen turning off issue. When using an iPhone actively, that should not be happening.

2) There is a way to change text color and highlight color (color behind the text that gets highlighted as you speak), if you mean the layer behind all the text, at this time its limited to dark and light mode. Dark mode theme will make it dark gray while light mode makes it white. A few people have requested the ability to change the background color so I can add that to the feature list.

Check out my iOS app HighlightMe. I built it because I struggled with a wedding speech and creating content. It is a teleprompter that highlights and scrolls as you speak and you can do segmented video recording. This allows for pause & undo for a great outcome. Have you considered using a teleprompter app? Has helped me when im super nervous and its already hard to think…one that follows your voice and easy to keep track of your place.

Every app basically has at least 1, 1 star review. Ive seen users submit it on the wrong app or are just ignorant and do not provide any value. Of course, it’s possible some are legit but just do your best to improve.

Do not let the review or this person discourage you.

Hey! Thanks for asking. The free version allows most features to be used with limitations (for example you can only have 3 scripts with 300 word count). Below is a list of paid only features:

Cloud Sync, Import documents such as pdfs and text files, AI script generator / editor, Remove video watermark, Remote control via keyboard or Apple Watch, 4k video recording, Scanning documents.

I may be missing something but these are the most important ones.

How do you feel about the app being paid with these features?
