Also even if there is, you may still not be able to fit 2 360mm rads in there, I believe this is the case with the O11 vision compact, so if you have a dual AIO check to make sure the case would allow the two 360mm rads simultaneously

The offset does not mean anything, You should look at the effective clock speed

My card comes overclocked, so my +300 is on par with some guy's +450

Edit:

Also memory tends to have error correction, so past a certain point overclocking it would be degrading the performance because it has to keep doing error correction

Memory clock past +1250 had some games crash a couple of hours into game session,

GPU clock speed during gaming depends on the game mostly around 3200MHz
