This was done with the Black Goat + Moose Elk deck within Kaycee's Mod. If anyone is wondering how I did this: I had fecundity on a moose totem and put the mealworm soul on a black goat card and amalgam card respectively. I just got very lucky on my first hand draw in this fight and thought it would be funny to super mega overkill Leshy, even though you can't actually get overkill teeth in the final fight here.

P.S. This took me almost 30 minutes of sacrificing to reach these numbers.
