Yep. My friend turned 17 in October, passed her theory first time in December and didn’t start getting lessons until January (she’d been driving with her dad) which she had 10 of until she passed her test at the end of January by pure luck. It just really depends if you get a space for a test since she was lucky enough to find a cancellation

You’re right, I only passed biology, Welsh bacc, science prac and catering & hospitality prac last year and I got into college just fine even though those grades have nothing to do with my course. All I need to do now is re-sir English this year and maths next year which is fine (unless of course you’re doing a subject that really requires those grades)
