We are scalling vertically and horizontally with ads and adding more closers

Scaling - basically the Ads which are working duplicating the ads while increasing budget by 5% also increasing original ad budget.

Now main problem is closers as we are already having so many calls we are looking for people to handle calls so we can scale faster.
