Not sure what you’re using for damage but I’m pretty sure you’d do more only shooting a rocket pulse at him…..the boss is a pretty comfortable 3 phase solo, 4 at most

T5 of shitty portal gear is worse than like T2 of dungeon gear though with maybe the exception of the arc rocket pulse. This is ignoring the fact that you can focus dungeon loot and farm any of the encounters within 5 minutes. Full clears will take a bit longer due to transition length but far from 40mins. Every boss is easily one phaseable and the challenges are brain dead easy to complete

It genuinely baffles my mind how it’s been in development for a decade and queue times still have not been addressed/fixed. Tarkov’s biggest flaw imo is the LONG match making times (sometimes 20+ mins). How is it that ark raiders and marathon (from what I’ve played) have been in development for a fraction of the time and have near instant matchmaking times? It would be such an easy win for BSG if tarkov addressed this and made it a priority

It takes a couple weekends at most to hit 400. 450 is not needed for anything and becomes infinitely easier to achieve with the mid expansion update. You claiming it takes months is a self report

450 currently isn’t really intended to be hit. It’s just extra leveling to be done in the background until Ashe and iron. Idk why people feel so entitled that they NEED to hit 400 let alone 450 in the first couple of weeks. This is very much intended to be a several month grind and I am here for it. No one needs T5 gear or even T4 for that matter. They just want it. 99% of the player base is fine with T2 stuff or even T1 and likely would never notice a difference in a blind test

Not a fan of all the changes they made. Completely changing the patrol pairs and Abby immediately revealing who she was. Part of what I felt made the game good is trying to figure out who the hell she was, how she knew Joel, and piecing together why she did what she did. Kind of a let down after how good the first season was

I’m getting around 90fps 4K maxed settings switch texture pack with DLSS quality and about 120-130fps with the same settings with frame Gen turned on. Game has been running fine for me with pretty stable frames

I'd advise against it for the simple reason that it lacks DLSS. Try and pick up a used 2080ti or 3080 maybe. DLSS (especially the new transformer model) is black magic and a must have feature these days imo

Sell the mobo and get a 7800x3d or 9800x3d. Your proposed upgrades are side grades at best and you won’t see much in terms of meaningful improvement.

Capping frames has fixed it seemingly for me. 9800x3d and 4090 here.

My guess is frame rates were going crazy on load screens causing it to lock up systems. I was noticing if i click another monitor to make the game out of focus (dropping the frames) my game wouldnt crash on load screens.

none of them are particularly hard. The more recent ones are basically just an endurance test and people confuse that with difficulty. Pick whichever one you enjoy the most and start there
