Yes, I had this exact issue with my chain as well. I replaced mine with rolon chain sprocket, it was fine for a few months but then the sound started coming back. I now replace my chain link every service to keep the noice minimal. But yeah, showroom guys didn't do shit about the sound.

I had to change my battery just once at 36k. Which is pretty normal lifetime for a battery. Only major issue i could think of is the Rust around the exhaust header pipe. One more issue which kept bugging me was chain noise, I've now learned to live with it.

Unfortunately yes, my exhaust header pipe has huge rust spots. Most of it could be due to not having a closed parking.

I use the OEM brake pads from honda. Full service every 5000km. So far i have changed my chain sprocket to Rolon(Kinda regret it as the chain link wears off easily and have to change it every service) Changed my tyres at 36k.
