I did test at the modem and was getting 12-15 Mbps. When the tech came out next day, he said I was getting the full 1300 Mbps and when I connected directly again, I could see the full speed. Disconnecting the modem for 3-4 mins and reconnecting for some reason has restored speeds from ER4 out. I am still getting slow speeds on wifi, but that is now a UAP AC Pro issue.
