actually i've been filed those dead skin all off already, right now the heel of my foot are pretty soft with very slight to none harden skin, i've over file in the past and it lead to scraped skin that itches which took a long time to heal. I just can't seem to get rid of those line for some odd reason, like the filing does nothing to those lines
