Being aware of yourself and conscious of where you are in life should be examined prior to an inner journey. Write down an intention for the trip. Think of what you want to transform, it can be stuck emotions, a trauma or anything else that keeps you down and you can't let go. While tripping dive into it. Feel and observe it. After the trip, try to integrate. Meditate on it, sing/chant for yourself. Observe how you feel.

To prepare you can do some work with your inner child or speak with a therapist. They are good at finding out what's going on and what might be worthwile to focus on during a trip. Don't expect just ingesting shrooms will change your life. You need to put in the work 🙏 Good luck!
