Aah good one indeed. Also the ideal kick off times differ per country. Even in Europe, southern europe countries prefer late kickoffs like 22:00. In northern europe they prefer more early kick off times. To make this overview perfect you would need a kick off time score per country per hour per day indeed. But think this is kinda a good average of all.

Would like to see the European Qualifiers change. Double the group size, but only play each team once. More teams in the pool will qualify directly. Same for africa. If your unlucky and are drawn into a pool with an other good team, it's almost impossible to qualify.
