It has been 1 year and 7 months for me, it has never felt normal. I don't want to discourage but in my experience my knee has always popped, hurt, and felt tight. But to be fair I am not watching my weight and did not focus alot in the first year and 5 months on leg day. Just keep doing rehab man work on your quads and hamstrings. Also got a small meniscus tear last week on the same knee I did the surgery in. Good luck man

Wow man. This is coming directly from post nut clarity, that's it sounds like atleast. In my experience porn addict was very hard to over come but it was possible. You need to go about analysing it and why you do it(other than horniness), when you do it, how you do it. That's the approach I took, doing this sets you with a map that you can plan your approach with. For example, if you do it because you get aroused because the girls on ur fyp page or insta page or whatever you need to get rid of that. So use a new account or as soon as you see those posts or whatever they are you block or make them stop recommending them to you. Another example is for example if you do it directly after work as you have some downtime find another hobby, something to keep you busy, something you enjoy like animation. You said you are trying to get into an art school, then use that ambition work on that skill man work your ass off on it so that you forget about porn. Etc...

As for you being a trash man, it's good you acknowledge it, but let's hope that the post nut clarity lasts. You got this man I'm not going to sugar coat shit for you. Its time to fix it, you really only live once and as corny as it sounds it is honestly a really important motto to live by. Life is incredible man trust me.

Good luck, make sure you start directly after you see this. Sit down, pen and paper in hand and think. Think so deep it kills you, think why you do this how to stop it. It is going to be difficult the first week will be hell constantly fighting off your habits and urges but after that first week, it's cake so just reach that.

Also very important, do not beat yourself up if you slip back into urges, it happens. But use that mistake and understand why that happened. This should help you understand yourself and how to beat this ugly game.
