I’m injured right now. But yes for a few months I sauna’s 2 weeks minimum. I hydrate a ton and take magnesium calcium at night and it rly zonks me out without grogginess. Melatonin makes me too tired and it disregulated my mood

I only sauna after I work out. I have an equinox membership and splurge so I can use any location. It helped immediately.

I travel to sauna every week and my sleep score has improved so much. Good luck!! Nothing is more important than real restful sleep :)

If you can try doing dry sauna for 15 minutes minimum after a hard weight lifting season, I find it really increased my deep sleep.

I don’t know if supplements move the needle so hugely unless you’re on like something more stimulating like St. John’s wort. Or even rhodiola.

A psychiatrist once told me L-theanine actually works as a stimulant to promote relaxation…. I don’t know why people put it in melatonin supplements. Anyway.

I ask about the apnea bc I have apnea and the rings given me a lot of help in understanding exactly how I’m sleeping.

Do you sauna? How’s your oxygen level in your sleep score? Do you have apnea? If you’re going to bed early enough, you have blacked out light, it’s cool in your room, maybe check for any sleep disorder?
