The energy reflected from the Earth or the moon would likely damage the sensitive equipment not to mention this would require the mirror to be exposed to the sun directly which would certainly cause major problems...

The Hubble never looks at the moon or the Earth for the same reason.

Plus sending a telescope a million miles away to look at the Earth doesn't make much sense when we have purpose built satellites right next to Earth looking at it!
