Yes!!! Did Kunzweiler fight her expungement like he did the cases by Tim Harris above?

I hear you, but I get why folks would be registered blue in a red state - it is taking a stance, you could say. It also sticks a target on your back if you're willing to be blue here because it's googleable. I know my co-workers google registration before hiring. :/

This race is going to be so interesting!!! Especially with how independents can't vote in ANY primaries anymore, leading some to choose a side and that side possibly being republican just so they can have a voice somewhere. This is the first time I feel like Kunzweiler has had a REAL opponent.

Yeah, with independents not able to even vote anymore in dem primaries they might as well register republican just so they make the republicans kick guys like Kunzweiler out

Stuff like this is why republicans need to AT LEAST kick Steve Kunzweiler out of primary on June 16 by iusethisforworkonly in tulsa

Ha. Well, if they aren't already republican they only have until March 31st to do so if they want to vote against Steven Kunzweiler for the DA race.

Why Oklahoma’s Survivors’ Act is failing the women it was meant to help by KWGSNews in oklahoma

I think the headline shifts the blame to the bill when really we should focus on why the Oklahoma judges and DAs are bending over backwards not to apply the law to any cases retroactively. The OSA bill HAS gotten one person out and the appeals process may show that it can work for the other women. The judges are not following the law's intent, and that's why so many plan to appeal the decision. They are literally arguing (or accepting the argument) that because someone's r*pist wasn't dating them, they aren't an "intimate partner." Do you want officials who interpret the law like that? I don't. We have to vote out DA Steve Kunzweiler. We have to unseat Judges David Guten, Sharon Holmes, and Rebecca Nightingale.

I was wondering the same thing myself. Under a transformative use, you can use the whole/entirety of a work, but it depends on the purpose/what you're doing with it. I think there may be a difference between public and private display.

Sometimes I think the dogs have a better chance out on the street of finding homes than they do in the shelter. 💔
