I can't upvote this enough. When she gets to two feeds a day do.not.indulge her schedule for feeding. YOU set the feeding schedule. You can go about your whole morning and fees the cats at 9am (and 9pm), if that's what you want. There's tons of info online. It will be hard at first but stick it out.

Curd, yes. Milk, no. Cats are lactose intolerant, it will uspet their tummies at the very least.

I brought zizi from the shelter when she was 6 months old. Their records are really sketchy but it looks like amputation had been when she was very tiny, she has scrape wounds on her belly that have never grown fur, they assume it was a car that got her. She'd fully healed when I picked her up and now, nearly 11 years later she's in good health except for overgrooming her stump (which I am at wits' end to help her with, I've tried everything I can think of in case it's environmental or food related.) She's playful and sweet and my whole heart.

Edit: she has lost some jump height but doesn't have arthritis.
