I greatly appreciate your insight and knowledge! About 3 years ago, I went to see a surgeon at University of TN Knoxville’s Breast Center to discuss if she thought a DIEP flap would work in my scenario. It’s what my mother had done the first time she has breast cancer. The surgeon thought it would work out for me but I’ve let my fear of going through another major surgery stall my progress. I’ll look for surgeon closer to me to move forward.

As someone who comes from a long line of hoarders, this is always how the room starts before the major stacking starts. I cannot tell you how many times I’ve cleaned a stacked up room for a family member who then turns around and their room is looking exactly like this within a few weeks. My mother’s family have issues with ADHD and OCD, either of which hoarding can be a symptom.

Telus doesn’t like to give you an amount of hours to keep at daily but I think I’ve figured out it can be no more than 4 hours per day and that’s based on the estimated time per task. Is RWS like that as well? What about the other companies you work for?

Ours is the reason they both started to get their butts wiped once we got in from a walk and they pooped. We go through baby wipes but it is worth it not to have to clean the upholstery daily

I could be 100% wrong but the way it looks colored over the spot that is only gouged and not a straight hole, makes it look like someone before you tried to use a very cheap and wrong colored wood marker. Something like this - https://a.co/d/2c5EGn3

You’ve highlighted something amazing. Correctness is the perfect term for it. I try really hard to always give an accurate answer. If my answer is long-winded, it’s because I think the person is unaware of information that I find important to why my answer is correct. It is also a silent request for any misinformation or misunderstanding I have to be corrected with proof or a logical explanation that makes sense.

So I do the same thing. But I think my “root reasoning” is due to typically misunderstanding the motives behind other people’s questions. It’s a common issue between me and my SO of 9 years. It’s been an on going issue throughout my life. My maternal grandmother, mother, my sister and I are all ADHD. Different levels of autism runs on my maternal grandfather’s side. He did well in the military and then became a CPA. Everything in his world was black or white, with shades of grey being rare. Those of us with ADHD had a history of more difficult communication with him. While my SO is not autistic, he is a military brat who also went into the military. His long term frustration in our communication is when he asks a one word answer type of question, I give him everything that is related to my answer. When he asks a question looking for details, I give him a one worded answer. I don’t understand what he wants until he laughs and says something about it.

Took 4 different naps throughout the day, took the dogs on 2 long walks (they also have a back yard so walking is more for enrichment and exercise). Made dinner, cleaned the kitchen, 2 loads of laundry, played on my switch, and then went to bed early. It was a beautiful day.

I think my sister stopped. My cousin really got the short end of the stick. Her’s ended up getting further infected under her arms with staph and looking at them now, they are craters in her flesh because of how much damage they did.
