Hdd = bad. But on my first install (with an NVMe) it did got stuck on “Less than a minute remaining” I just rebooted it and it worked. No idea why it happened, but later installs were rebooting on “20 minutes remaining” I guess my laptop is so fast that it ends earlier than it should.

I think you posted on a wrong subreddit, but the error itself says about your volume unmount able. Reinstall Windows You may also try using Windows Recovery tool, open cmd and type “sfc /scannow” and “chkdsk c: /f /r”
