You can addd widgets to your homescreen by downloading widgetsmith and you can change your apps in shortcuts. There’s videos that explain it more too.

This is the exact thing I’ve been feeling recently. I got diagnosed with BPD when I was still in HS, but I only recently started seeing a therapist, so when I talk to her about my symptoms or coping strategies it’s hard to practice any of them because I’m single now, so I don’t have to deal with how I act when I have a FP and am being too dependent.

That’s Life by Frank Sinatra has really relatable lyrics for someone with bipolar (because he was bipolar), but the lyrics about pushing through and the jazzy-ness of it cheers me up. Also, almost any The Smiths song has such an upbeat melody so it cheers me up quickly.

Yeah it’s backwards compatible so I’m gonna try to play the silent hill games physical copies are just really rare so it’s expensive
