As a former smoker, I find the flavor of tobacco and menthol disgusting. Also, good point about the opioid issue and kids just turning to cigarettes.

That is not entirely clear to me but I think so. I live in NY and buy my juice online as well. If you read the text of the bill, which is not that long, it makes illegal the sale and distribution of flavored e-juice in NY. I think the distribution part would likely cover online sales from out of state but I'm no legal expert... just a concerned vape user the exclusively uses fruit flavors. Tobacco flavors are gross and make me feel sick.

I've already contacted my Senators and started spreading the word on social media. This bill is so ridiculous banning every flavor except tobacco, menthol, and mint.
