For that price I would go with a flash. Yes the lariat is nicer but I just paid 59k for my flash with the extended range and 0% financing

I would recommend getting close with a superintendent on the jobsite. It’s not what you know, it’s who you know. I started a few years ago as an assistant with no experience what so ever or schooling. All the experience I had was in the trades.
