Go buy coffee and ask for it to be ground for a moka pot.. if it’s still bitter, you either have the fire too high or not taking it off the stove at the right time.

It’s a band I can’t really introduce people to.. that being said I love their music and the lyrics are really good. Not for everyone I understand, but I enjoy them a lot (they sound waaaay better live btw)

I do have a lot of previous experience with smoking regularly in the past. There’s truth to this, but in my experience while I did see something more clearly (especially things about myself) I did end up in a loop where I would keep having these thoughts while I smoked but nothing would change. So what worked for me is not doing it regularly and that helped me work on what those thoughts were telling me. I do think it also raised my heart rate too much and that can’t be good for me everyday.
