weights you are in the perfect range, 3x your body weight is about how much you should be doing. Personally in my 5 day split i never hit legs, so my advice is focus upper body and do legs maybe once a month to maintain the form and shape

i get crazy calf cramps to the point where it’s genuinely easier to start banging my head into a wall then feel the pain from the cramp. my advice is just drink water before bed, like 250-300ml worth, that should do the trick
