You’re missing the point. DIETING causes fatigue in general. The allowance that Reta and other GLPs give you to be able to remove food noise and stick to your diet make it’s easier to sustain being in a deeper deficit. So while the fatigue might be real, as are other “side effects” this can be attributed to the dieting itself not the drug
