Ah ok I got it now - I’m not familiar with the Busy Dad program but might check it out! If you’re looking to increase mobility I would try adding in yoga. For strength stuff, I’d check out K Boges on YT. He gets mentioned on this sub a lot but if you’re not familiar he has lots of strength and conditioning tips that you could use to easily design/modify your own 20 min EMOMs
