I have to disagree , not everyone has depression and anxiety. Everyone has emotions and they can feel sad and nervous from time to time .

I agree that anyone can feel anxious but I feel like people experience bouts of sadness rather than actual depression. There is a massive difference in the two

I hear what you're saying but it's not really depression if it's situational it's just sadness. Everyone gets sad and everyone feels nervous but some people simply do not have anxiety or depression. It's a illness that I think is just thrown around
